Its about capturing not only the design and accurate representation of a building, but to have the shots be aesthetically pleasing to the viewer's eye. An architectural photographer makes pictures, not takes pictures.
In this session, we will be covering how to better understand Architecture photography and we'll be looking at ways to take some impressive shots and the camera settings to use.

This meetup goes over some basic dos and don'ts for posing and looks at issues to do with shooting in daylight for the best results. Included are: shooting different body types, men, women and shooting with strong sunlight and shooting in shade, and designing your background (composition). On this meet,up you are encouraged to bring along family or friends as models.
You will preferably need a normal, 85mm or longer lens, or a zoom. If you have a wide-angle this can also be used as we will be also looking at environmental portraits.
This is the perfect meetup to learn how to take the perfect portraits of family and friends.

We will also go over settings, focusing techniques and lens choices common to street photography to help us capture those random chance encounters.

Macro photography is a unique form of photography that involves photographing small objects to make them look life-sized or more significant in the photo. The usual subjects include flowers and small insects, which we don't normally get to see up close with the naked eye.

This class is your time to learn and gain a proper understanding of Composition and the importance of light to help boost your photography skills.We, as a class, will be photographing a model without any on-camera flash or strobe photography. Just the available light, we will walk through, troubleshoot, make adjustments and capture a portrait successfully. We will also learn how to use light modifiers like a reflector to help capture appropriately exposed shots in not-so-great lighting

In this workshop, we will explore the art of creating stunning images with a shallow depth of field.Our experienced instructor will guide you through the process of understanding and applying the principles of photography, including aperture, focal length, and distance. We will cover topics such as using a shallow depth of field to create a mood, blurring out distracting backgrounds, and how to use a shallow depth of field to give a bokeh effect behind our subjects to make them pop.
